Tomato Greenhouse

The architecture of efficiency meets the power of soilless farming.

Our modern 120-decare tomato greenhouse in Serik is designed for maximum productivity, following the architectural principles of the Spanish Gothic greenhouse system. With its high ceiling structure, climate control, and design aligned with the natural light cycle, optimal production conditions are maintained throughout most of the year.

Here, we practice calculated farming, not conventional farming. In soilless cultivation, plants receive only the minerals they need, delivered through smart systems that also manage water and climate balance. Sensor-based automation continuously monitors plant health, nutrient balance, and photosynthesis capacity, collecting real-time data.

Our tomatoes stand out not only for their shelf life but also for their nutritional value and traceability. Each harvest is recorded in compliance with traceability protocols, and quality control processes are conducted with full transparency.

Blueberry Gardens

The seeds of a blue future are sown here.

Our blueberry production spans three distinct locations, shaped into a total 340-decare ecosystem optimized by considering climate diversity and soil composition.

  • Kocaeli – Karamürsel: 40 decares of soilless cultivation, maintained with precise irrigation systems and local seedling technologies, ensuring quality from the very start of the journey.
  • Afyon – Sandıklı: 120 decares of land redesigned based on soil analysis and regional climate conditions; a modernization process completed with a focus on plant health and productivity.
  • Mersin – Tarsus: 180 decares dedicated to a unique local blueberry variety found in only seven producers in Türkiye. By introducing this variety to our fields, we are beginning a new chapter that will enhance our export potential and add strategic value to Türkiye’s agricultural diversity.

Banana Greenhouse

We manage a tropical cycle with local intelligence.

Our 50-decare banana greenhouse in Serik, Antalya, goes beyond traditional models, becoming a large-scale application area for climate-controlled production. Systems managing temperature, humidity, and wind control through automation simulate the banana’s natural growth cycle with advanced technologies.

Here, we practice calculated farming, not conventional farming. Bananas require patience due to their delicate structure and long growth cycle. With data-driven monitoring and planning, we manage every stage from planting to harvesting, keeping climate change challenges under control. Year-round consistent quality means maximum yield in minimum time.

Aligned with our mission of sustainable domestic production, we contribute to reducing banana imports while creating new potential for exports.

Walnut Orchard

Deep roots, wide shade – a lasting investment.

Our 300-decare walnut orchard in Karamürsel, Kocaeli, stands as a symbol of long-term agricultural investment. The trees growing here represent a vision that strengthens over the years, takes root, and gains value.

With advanced farming techniques, we increase yield per tree while ensuring consistent fruit quality. Soil analysis, drip irrigation systems, and phenological monitoring methods ensure that our walnut trees grow systematically through the seasons.

Marketed under the “Karamürsel Cevizi” brand, our products reach consumers both in domestic and export markets, offering high-quality local walnuts that stand out in commercial channels.

Walnuts are our strong agricultural legacy for future generations.

Packaging Facilities

We package value, not just products.

MBA Tarım’s packaging facilities are more than just processing and dispatch areas – they are a strategic point where the journey from producer to consumer is enriched with value.

Here, products from small-scale producers are processed with quality control procedures meeting export standards. This creates opportunities for producers without direct access to export channels.

Our facilities comply with traceability protocols, have high-capacity operations, and feature modified atmosphere technologies and cold chain systems to extend product shelf life.

Each step in our packaging process is part of our value creation strategy, ensuring that products leaving the field carry the unique touch of MBA Tarım.

WE GIVE BACK TO NATURE WHAT WE GET FROM NATURE

Sustainability

Energy saving at each production stage is the primary design parameter of MBA Tarım. The LED-based lighting systems used in our greenhouses emit light in the spectrum that will support the photosynthesis process while reducing energy consumption.
